We believe you should be 100% happy with your purchase from The Affective. If you are unhappy with one of your items for any reason, we will be more than happy to exchange it for you!

- You must apply for an exchange within 14 days of purchase date.
- Exchange order must be of equal or greater value than original item.
- All items must be unworn and unmarked, in original condition & packaging.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Undies/bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Postage back to us is to be covered by customer.

If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at contact@theaffective.com and include your order number (given in confirmation email).

Faulty Items:
If you believe the item you purchased is faulty, please send us an email at contact@theaffective.com as soon as possible. Sending photos of the item in the email will help to speed up the return process for you. We can then replace the item if in stock, or refund you if not.
