Standard Shipping – Free on orders $35+, or $5 for orders under $35
(2-6 business days, depending on location)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details from Australia Post via email, and a confirmation of shipment email from us.

Shipping & shipping time estimates are determined by Australia Post.
We dispatch your order as soon as possible (within 1-2 business days), but once shipped, postage time is out of our control, unfortunately. Please note, we only ship within Australia.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

We believe you should be 100% happy with your purchase from The Affective. If you are unhappy with one of your items for any reason, we will be happy to exchange it for you.

  • You must apply for an exchange within 14 days of purchase date.
  • Exchange order must be of equal or greater value than original item.
  • All items must be unworn and unmarked (including no makeup/tan marks), in original condition & packaging. If any of these conditions are not present, unfortunately we cannot accept your item.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • No exchange or refund on undies, due to hygiene reasons- you wouldn't want to buy used undies, right?
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund your purchase due to a change of mind/wrong size (although happy to exchange), so please ensure you read our sizing guides before making your purchase. Email us at contact@theaffective.com if you have any questions about a certain item!

If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at contact@theaffective.com and include:

  • reason for return
  • customer ID number (given in confirmation email)

Faulty Items:

  • If you believe the item you purchased is faulty and wish to return it, please send us an email at contact@theaffective.com as soon as possible. Sending photos of the item in the email will help to speed up the return process for you. We can then replace the item if in stock, or refund you if not.

Please note:

According to the Australian Consumer Law, products washed incorrectly are not considered faulty.
