Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details from Australia Post via email, and a confirmation of shipment email from us.
Shipping & shipping time estimates are determined by Australia Post.
We dispatch your order as soon as possible (within 1-2 business days).
Please note, we only ship within Australia.
We believe you should be 100% happy with your purchase from The Affective. If you are unhappy with one of your items for any reason, we will be more than happy to exchange it for you!
- You must apply for an exchange within 14 days of purchase date.
- Exchange order must be of equal or greater value than original item.
- All items must be unworn and unmarked, in original condition & packaging.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Undies/bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Postage back to us is to be covered by customer.

If you believe the item you purchased is faulty, please send us an email at email@example.com as soon as possible. Sending photos of the item in the email will help to speed up the return process for you. We can then replace the item if in stock, or refund you if not.
